These Terms and Conditions govern the use of MedSALO, a healthcare technology platform operated by SALO AI LLC. MedSALO provides administrative, communication, and workflow support services to healthcare providers and facilitates patient communications on their behalf.

By accessing or using MedSALO, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description

MedSALO is a healthcare administrative and communication platform that enables providers to send transactional messages related to appointment scheduling, care coordination, verification codes, document requests, prescription or imaging workflow notifications, and other care-related actions. MedSALO does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.

SMS and Messaging Communications

By providing your mobile number to your healthcare provider and consenting to receive messages, you authorize MedSALO to send transactional SMS messages on behalf of that provider.

Message frequency varies based on care needs and provider actions. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may receive assistance by replying HELP or by contacting support at support@saloai.net.

SMS communications are used solely for healthcare-related purposes. Mobile numbers and consent data are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or verification codes, and use MedSALO only for lawful and authorized purposes. Unauthorized use, interference, or misuse of the platform is prohibited.

Privacy and HIPAA

MedSALO operates as a technology service provider and, where applicable, as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Use of personal and healthcare information is governed by the MedSALO Privacy Policy and applicable Business Associate Agreements.

These Terms and Conditions do not replace a healthcare provider’s Notice of Privacy Practices.

Payments

When applicable, payments are processed by third-party PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. MedSALO does not store full payment card information.

Service Availability and Changes

MedSALO may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services as needed for operational, security, or compliance reasons. Service availability is not guaranteed..

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SALO AI LLC and MedSALO disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. MedSALO is provided on an “as is” basis.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
